15+ Minutes Rebooting

I'd says if I sit here in complete silence for 15+ minutes while your PC reboots, and it freezes up again after waiting nearly 20 minutes... it's not the Internet.

I'm starting to believe teaching a monkey brain surgery would be easier
then talking to some of these people... Prob. less frustrating as well.
