I belive this is an issue with Nexon because "Rhasgriz" reported the same issue when they first signed up their account. I'm not certain if maybe it is taking a window of time (i.e. 24-48 hrs) to update in their system after signing up and creating your account.
If you go to the user's page... http://users.zoominternet.net/~doomshare and go under SUPPORT > CA SUPPORT... you can either click on "Combat Arms Forums" to go to their support forums or you can click "Customer Service Support" and open up a ticket # with Nexon.
I will check the CA forums myself, and create a new post about the issue, if there isn't one already. I'm sure it's something they're working to patch or resolve though.
